History

FOREWORD

BVC began as a humble operation in 1906 when workers in collared shirts and coveralls wielded
hand tools and guided horse-drawn machinery on the first dusty construction sites. We could have
never imagined that small-town builder growing into what it has become today — one of the
largest and most respected construction companies. Driven by a culture of ownership, we draw
upon our vast experience and rich history to leave a legacy for our clients, partners and employees.
